Michael Chong has left the Conservative cabinet over the Quebec-as-nation issue. His press conference today was incredibly interesting as his dislike for the media was on full display. He appeared to be extremely unhappy, and took out his anger on the media. The Conservative's general treatment of the media is so poor, that Chong's attitude is hardly surprising. This incident highlights how Harper's control over his cabinet is extremely troubling.

I think this is a slippery slope that the conservatives are going down. It is something Trudeau would have been strongly oppossed to (I think). He took a harder line and I think this was a good thing. Thanks for the articles.
